Calculations for each period are slightly inaccurate insofar as they are based on the average of two values: the reward at the beginning of the period and the reward at the end of the period. The actual reward schedule is slightly more complicated. Also, many would also argue that ZEC prices will go down as supply increases.
Hashrate and Blocktime calculated by looking at the last 72 blocks. The price is from Poloniex. Data is updated every 10 minutes. Emperical blocktime is used for minute/hour/day/week calculations but the equlibrium blocktime of 150 seconds is used for month/year calculations.
